iso launch

this is pretty much an editor too make maps.
its consist of version 0,0,1-0,0,7...
pretty much till the version I got rotation, layers, and true isometric perspective correct...
there's no load map yet, but there is a save.
at this point of development you could go in any direction.
this is a good starting point.

its all in python and pygame...(open_source) as usual.
images are hand made...use as u wish...
