3805 West Chester Pike is situated within Ellis Preserve, an approximately 210 acre master
planned development, located near the intersection of Route 3 (West Chester Pike) and Route 252 in Delaware County.
The condominium community is part of a master
planned development that will include a 13-story office building adjacent to the project, which will be separately developed by Opus.
The
planned development is for luxury condominiums at an average unit size of 950 square feet.
The 58-acre site, owned by Suffolk county, has been designated as a
Planned Development District suitable for light industrial use and is also one of six Suffolk county Empire Economic Development Sub-Zones that offer incentives.
The complex is the final section approved for La Mer, a
planned development that will ultimately include 1,500 units.
They explained the
planned development for the remaining office towers, including the 1,776 Ft Freedom Tower, hinting that they are close to announcing multiple lease signings at 7 WTC.
The vision addresses the opportunity for
planned development within an almost ten square mile area in the center of Nassau county, including the area known as the "Nassau Hub." The plan begins with a new transportation system that will link the existing Nassau Coliseum, existing communities, recreational areas and business centers with the hub.
Cherry Hill Mayor Bernie Platt believes the
planned development will enhance community life, bolster the local economy and preserve open space.
In collaboration with The STV Group, Inc., the vision addresses the need for
planned development within a three square mile area in the center of Nassau County, Long Island, known as the "Nassau Hub".
