Scout – A Pause

Hi everyone! I don’t think it will come as a surprise to anyone that I have not been keeping up our regularly scheduled programming :)

I’m putting Scout: An Apocalypse Story on hold for the next 3-4 months, and then I’ll offer an update around that time. I feel like y'all must have heard every version of the “chaotic personal life” update by now, and I fully empathize with the disappointment of an incomplete story experience, but…it’s real.

I have a full-time job, I have school and I have now an explosion of other factors that have recently come into my life. I love Scout and this story and this project and I love working on it, but I simply do not have the time to write recently – and this likely won’t change in upcoming months.

So instead of the frequent checking that I know at least some people are doing (which I adore…thank you), I’m going to take a pause. Just a short pause for now. I know exactly where this story will go and how it will progress and how it will end I just don’t have the stupid time to write.

Thank you, seriously, from the bottom of my heart, to everyone who has rated Scout, played Scout, sent me an ask, PRODUCED ART OMG, and supported Scout in any way, shape or form. I am proud to know y'all and get to speak with you and hopefully give you something you enjoy.

Thank you, times a million – Scout will not be unfinished, but it will be paused.
