Are the "Solitary Defilement Rules.pdf" and the "Solitary_Defilement.pdf" the same? The latter is in the demo section.

Hello, i bought your supplement and i'm having a bit of confusion while using the special room table. How do you use the special room table? I know you roll the d4, but how do you put the other numbers together? The number from 0 to 4 especially confused me and how do you use the number in the middle? thanks in advance
The procedure is:
Every time you enter a new room, use the Dungeon Crawling move (p.7). This will determine whether you find a special room, or just a regular one.
The d4 table is to determine further exits. So you roll a d4. If no special rooms have been revealed, look down the 0 column. If one has been revealed, look down the 1 column.
The idea is that as special rooms are revealed, potential further exits diminish. This is to reduce sprawl and to encourage backtracking so that the dungeon does not just feel like a linear straight ahead trudge.

Hi, I bought the glow in the dark box set from max moon. I have started to play my games in iPad now as my eyesight is getting worse. I have the pdf of solitary defilement but would really like alone in the crowd. For some reason I didn’t get any pdf links when I got the special edition from max moon. Is it possible to get just a pdf of alone in the crowd.

Is the Solitary Defilement pdf under "Download demo" section the complete rule set?
The Rottener Blacker Sludge pdf is the same as the playthrough example--is that supposed to be so?
I should remove it from the 'paid' download: the playthrough example file collects several three different playthroughs, starting with RBS. The 'demo' version only includes RBS. I merged all the files, because people found if confusing having to download both the 'demo' and paid packages to get all the material.
hmm.. i just purchased this (twice) but i didn't get the Solitary Defilement PDF.. just the other files. is this correct.? i feel like i just lost $30. no offense to the other files but i was looking for Solitary Defilement. help-

I payed the $12.56, and received Aqua Morris, Park Pale, Tragic Castle Obsession, Alone in the Crowd, and Solitary Defilement Playthrough Examples... But I didn't receive the Download links for Solitary Defilement, Worksheets, Rottener Blacker Sludge, Shadow link, or Records of Ruin?
Sorry - this has caused some confusion - you need to also download the 'demo' (unpaid) version which includes these materials. I'll roll everything together into one file later this week, so hopefully there will be less of these queries! LMK if you need anything else - enjoy! :)

Hey there! I recently purchased Sölitary Defilement but could not find the actual download for the main file. I do see the additional supplements. Maybe I am breaking Itch!
I just did the same and was confused. I went to the Solitary Defilement page again and underneath the Purchase and Community Copies there are a bunch of Download Demo files which is where all the main rule stuff is. I'm not sure now if I didn't need to buy these other files or not, or why the main rules are described as "Demo".
Sorry for the confusion. The 'demo' contains the basic rules and one pamphlet adventure. Purchasing adds the city crawling book and additional content. I need to get round to duplicating the other material in the paid version to avoid confusion!

I think he refers to "Your purchase comes with a Steam key", as if he would get a code to download something in Steam from Valve.
Ah, I have no idea why it says that - it is set of 'physical game' and all the documents are either 'ebook' or 'documentation'. I don't use Steam at all!
I think this must have appeared when I was trying to figure out how external keys worked and if I could link my Itch to Max Moon's shop. I've managed to remove it now. Thanks for letting me know where the confusion had arisen!
